SARD Media Assistant

Objective: The Communications and Media Assistant will support the project's communications and awareness-raising activities, while enhancing the project's visibility and helping achieve its objectives. They will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality photo and video documentation of project activities, ensure donor and SARD visibility, and support in creating design and content for communication platforms. Duties and Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary photographer and videographer for project activities and key milestones, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality visual documentation. • Edit and produce photo and video content for use across multiple platforms, including social media, project reports, presentations, and external communications. • Archive project media materials • Support the communications and media team with graphic design needs as needed, ensuring all graphic design outputs are consistent with project brand guidelines. • Support the development, production and dissemination of awareness-raising materials and training materials including brochures, posters, and other materials. • Assist in creating a community social media account and volunteer guidelines, ensuring regular updates with relevant content. • Ensure SARD and donor visibility on the field. • Support the communications and media team with other duties as needed.
